The RAL quality mark ‘Fair Anwerben’

Indocare is a member of the “Fair Anwerben” quality association and adheres to the requirements of the RAL quality mark ‘Fair Recruitment in German Care’. This quality mark stands for transparent processes, fair contractual terms, and the responsible treatment of international care workers.

For care homes, this means added reassurance: recruitment is carried out in accordance with clearly defined quality and ethical standards, which are regularly reviewed. At the same time, the interests of care workers are protected and long-term prospects are promoted.

In line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, we are committed to complying with internationally recognised human rights and labour standards.   • No recruitment fees for skilled workers under the ‘employer pays’ principle
