Language preparation as the foundation for sustainable integration
Successful international recruitment begins long before candidates arrive in Germany. That is why Indocare operates its own academy in India, where future skilled workers and apprentices receive targeted preparation for their professional future in Germany. By closely linking language support, skills development, and recruitment, we create the ideal conditions for successful integration into the German labour market.
In-house training programmes rather than external solutions
A key component of our approach is our own academy in India. There, we provide participants with personalised and ongoing support throughout their language training. This direct contact enables us to monitor each individual’s progress over the long term, identify potential at an early stage, and prepare candidates specifically for the requirements of German employers.
German courses from A1 to B2
At our academy, participants systematically acquire the German language skills necessary for their career path in Germany. The lessons cover language levels A1 to B2 and lay the foundation for successful communication in everyday working life. The focus is not only on learning the language, but also on preparing participants for the cultural and professional specifics of the German healthcare system.
Qualified professionals and future trainees
The academy is aimed at both qualified healthcare professionals and young people seeking to undertake vocational training in Germany. Participants include qualified nurses with several years’ training and, in some cases, extensive professional experience. At the same time, motivated young people are prepared for their entry into vocational training within the German healthcare sector.
